Wireless Support
University Technology Services is available to help the
University community ‘get connected’ to the wireless network.
Please see the instructions available on this site and select
Student or Faculty / Staff. Access to the USC Wireless Network
can be done without assistance from University Technology
Services.
However, the UTS Help Desk can help if you do experience
problems. Please contact the Help Desk at 777-1800 or place a
ticket at
http://uts.sc.edu/helpdesk .
All USC students have the option to schedule a training
sessions in the iCARE Center. Technicians will assist students
in getting connected to the wireless network along with any
troubleshooting advice.
