There are numerous ways to get assistance with GW.  Probably the most obvious, but often overlooked form of assistance is the GroupWise Help menu, which includes the following options:

• Help Topics - A searchable index of all GroupWise features.  Can be accessed form the Help menu or by pressing F1.
• What's New - Gives an overview of the new features of GroupWise 6.5.
• Users' Guide - A quick link to Novell's GroupWise documentation.
• Cool Solutions Web Community - A quick link to Novell's Cool Solutions, a website for GroupWise users and administrators.
• Novell GroupWise Home Page - A quick link to Novell's GroupWise website providing technical information on updates, new releases and more.
• Tip of the Day - Also shown at GroupWise startup, the Tip of the Day contains many helpful tips for users.
• About GroupWise - Displays the version of GW installed on your system, your login name and server information.

In addition to the GroupWise Help menu, the links to the right will provide you with GroupWise assistance.
