  GETTING HELP: WHO DO I CALL FOR GW ASSISTANCE?

The GroupWise system at USC is a large and complex network. Of the 27 GroupWise servers, 11 are maintained by University Technology Services. The remaining GroupWise servers are maintained by a college or department GroupWise Administrator. If your college or department has a GroupWise Administrator, then they should be your first point of contact when a problem arises. If they are not available, or if your college or department is maintained by University Technology Services, then you can contact the UTS Help Desk at (803)777-1800 during normal office hours or on the Internet at https://helpdesk.uts.sc.edu.
