	Wired Network: Faculty and Staff All faculty and staff at the University of South Carolina have access to the USC network. For departments under an SLA with University Technology Services, maintenance is provided along with reminder for security updates and virus patches. Click here (http://uts.sc.edu/Support/SLAClients.shtml) to find out if your department is supported under an SLA. Contact the UTS Help Desk at 7-1800 for help with your network access. For non-SLA colleges and departments, support is provided by your network manager. Please contact him/her for questions regarding your network access. As a USC faculty/staff member, you will need your network username and password to access the network. This can be found at VIP and clicking on Technology – SHOW ME NETWORK USERNAME. Please contact University Technology Services at 777-1800 or email HelpDesk@gwm.sc.edu for any additional information about the wired network at USC.
