In addition to providing full support for video productions, our audio department produces many specialized audio-only projects for the University community including the Carolina Minutes for ETV-Radio, weekly on-hold messages for the University phone system, a Bar Review course for the School of Law, voiceovers, books on tape, and numerous other recording projects for University faculty and staff. We also provide sound reinforcement for both studio and location shoots.
Our audio booth is equipped with high-quality condenser microphones, as well as a Pro-Tools editing suite. We use Mackie mixing boards and Anchor powered speakers to provide full public address support for speeches, lectures, debates, announcements, and the occasional celebration.
