Hardware support for PCs and Macs:

  Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware.
Provide routine diagnostic and repair services to computers and peripheral equipment.
Troubleshoot outages and performance issues.
Evaluate hardware combinations to improve desktop and network functionality.
Warrantee service for Dell equipment.
 
Software support:
  Install, configure, and maintain computer operating system, virus protection, security patches, and supported software.
Provide routine/diagnostic services.
Troubleshoot outages and performance issues.
Evaluate software/hardware combinations; assess existing configurations and assist in planning software patches/upgrades.
 
Server Services:
  Consolidated servers are available for file, print, and application services.
 
Administrative support:
  Maintain accounts, group memberships, and access privileges in support of user activities.
