Our Data Backup SLA Includes:

A UTS team will work with your staff to plan, configure, and implement data backup services:
 
Data Backup:
  Backup of your server using highly reliable and secure, industry standard methodology.
Regular backups from your server scheduled on off hours (between 6 P.M. and 8 A.M.).
Full Weekly Backups.
Incremental Daily Backups.
Backups Stored for 30 days— with duplicates stored off site in a secure location.Assistance in planning, configuring server data for backup.Monitoring of backups to ensure performance reliability and security.
Restore of Data:
  Request a restore of the most recent backup.
Easy scheduling of data restoration through the UTS Help Desk.
Assistance in restoring applications and data functions of your server is available.
Assistance in restoring server accounts, group memberships, and access privileges
